**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
**Day to Day**:
This is pivotal role within the TEC Project Team to effectively enable people we support to dare to reach their goals and aspirations, with the support of technology - mobiles, apps, tablets, PC's etc.

The Configuration Specialist will provide expert technical and product support to ensure the effective delivery of products that meet the individual needs of the people supported. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and proper operation, maintenance, and continual development of the technology used by the people we support

Although the role is office based, support will be provided both virtually and face to face in services, and travel will be required as part of the role.

**Your values**:

- IT qualification such as HNC/HND/BTEC or other IT industry qualification and evidence of continuing professional development - Essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must have access to a vehicle

**Experience**
- Experience working with a care planning system or other health and social care IT system.
- Experience providing technical IT support
- Understanding of person-cantered support
