**Location: Sunbury-on-Thames.**

**Hours: full 9am - 5pm**

1. Raising client invoices on the invoicing system and processing supplier invoices including data entry to supplier database and purchase order database, credit control and chasing outstanding debtors.

3. Work closely with the regional managers to maintain the fleet of vehicles, including booking MOT's, services and repairs.

4. General Administration including incoming/outgoing post, processing delivery notes and team timesheets, booking accommodation and staff training when required, stock control and ordering, compiling reports for budget control and point of contact for employee issues.

5. Provide assistance to management when required and provide assistance to other departments when required to help maintain the smooth running of the office.

Communication and a keen eye for detail is a key element, and the ability to handle a range of staff, and clients and deal with issues with some sensitivity will be very important.

In addition you will be supporting the full range of the office’s requirements - you will need to be able to quickly grasp the intricacies of the more important functions.

You will ideally have previous general administration/accounting (knowledge of sage would be an advantage) /invoicing experience.

You will need reasonable fluency with Microsoft Office tools (in particular, Word and Excel) and be able to create well presented documents; (therefore you need to have pretty good keyboard skills. You will be literate (clear handwriting, good spelling and grammar) have a good telephone manner (positive, professional tone; fluent English with clear diction)and possess good numeracy skills(reasonable mental arithmetic). It is essential you are organised and systematic with experience in managing and developing basic office systems. You must be able to provide ideas and initiatives and take on and complete small projects on behalf of clients or the management team. It is really important you are pro-active, with the ability to see things that need doing and get on without necessarily being asked.

As we are a small team, we are looking for someone with a positive disposition who is willing to get involved in all aspects of what we do here.

If you are proactive, organised and have demonstrable communication administrative experience then this could be ideal for you.
