**Job Title**:Head of Customer Transformation/Migration
**Location**: Northampton, UK (90% remote)
**Salary**:£100k-£110k per annum + 10% bonus

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for customer experience, transformational change, and the drive to lead a migration project? If so, we want you to join our team as the Head of Customer Experience in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

- ** Lead and manage the transformation and migration project whereby you will migrate 10s of thousands of customers onto a new PaaS, ensuring a seamless transition for our customers.**:

- Oversee upgrades to products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals.
- Drive a culture of customer-centricity throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement transformational changes.

Expereince:

- ** Experience in migrating customers from various platforms to new PaaS.**:

- ** Experience with migrating customers in a B2B environment.**:

- ** Come from a SaaS or Tech background.**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within customer experience or a related field.
- Strong track record of successfully leading migration projects and delivering transformational change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute customer experience strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
