Business Centre Manager

We are currently working with a growing Property Management firm who are looking to recruit a **Business/Cluster Center Manager** to cover a main site in Hertfordshire Letchworth, SG6 and also manage other sites in Sandy SG19 & London Colony AL2
Key role of the **Business/Cluster Center Manager**:
- You will be based at the Letchworth site but will be required to manage and travel to smaller sites in Sandy and London Colony as and when required.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of your centres and be expected to travel between the sites as required.
- Line manager Administrators based at your centers and oversea Maintenance Operatives working at the centers.
Key responsibilities of the **Business/Cluster Center Manager**:
- Dealing with tenant enquiries and managing their expectations with regards to the site and their workspace.
- Managing customer enquiries, arranging viewings and organising sales and lettings.
- Conducting audits and inspections of the site and units to ensure a compliant and safe working environment.
- Booking maintenance requests and dealing with external contractors working onsite.
- Overseeing minor works projects and developments including if required decommissioning/demolishing of units.
- Maintaining high tenant occupancy and create rent forecasts for the coming months.
Key skills required of the **Business/Cluster Center Manager**:
- Proven success in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team (1 - 3 people)
- Experienced in self generation of new business sales leads
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experienced account management is _highly desirable_
- Experience in property management in _highly desirable_
- Professional communication skills in building and maintaining business relationships
- Experience in previous P&L responsibility is _highly desirable_
- Good working knowledge of MS office, Excel, word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
- Team Player
The ideal **Business/Cluster Center Manager**will have previous experience overseeing large industrial lettings with excellent customer service and experience managing tenants and sales. Having Facilities Management or Health & Safety qualificationswould also be beneficial though not required for this role.
Hours & Salary on offer to the **Business/Cluster Center Manager**:
This is a full time role - Monday to Friday
- 08.30 - 5.30pm (with some flexibility)
In return of our client is offering a salary up to £32,000 per annum plus very achievable bonus scheme up to 25% of salary as well as great starting holiday allowance and company discount scheme.
