The People Coordinator role will take ownership of all the administrative processes of the employee lifecycle, from supporting our talent acquisition efforts and onboarding new people into the business, to providing a seamless leaver process and everything in between.

This is a key hire for our People team as you’ll be involved in supporting all our people and evolving our processes and systems as we support the business through its next phase of growth.

You will be a motivated, resourceful, and enthusiastic individual who is super-organised and proactive in your approach to managing your work.

**Role Responsibilities;**
- Be the first point of contact for all people-related queries.
- Managing the pre-boarding process, including drafting, and issuing employment contracts and setting up access to systems.
- Manage the onboarding process for our new employees, ensuring everyone has the best joining experience possible.
- Coordination of PPE for existing people and new joiners.
- Ensuring our leaver process is as good as our joining process and people feel supported and have all the relevant information needed.
- Managing the administration and communication of employment-related changes (promotions, job title changes, etc).
- Ensuring data integrity within our people-related systems and all changes are processed accurately, including our benefits administration.
- Supporting the wider office coordination efforts to deliver an exceptional people experience.
- Involvement in People team projects that will contribute to the successful delivery of our people strategy.
- Staying up to date with latest industry trends or employment law legislation so you can understand the impact they may bring to your role.

**Essential Training or Qualifications**:
We don’t need you to have any specific qualification or training, but it would be great if you were interested in developing your career in a culture-first people team. A HR degree or CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous.
- Someone who likes to work with people and wants to do good work.
- Can demonstrate passion, energy, and enthusiasm for helping people and supporting the team.
- Confident, articulate, and engaging communicator.
- Someone who will want to drive change and improve processes. You will need to be curious and proactive to be successful in this role.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
