Luxury Fashion: Sales Assistant and Stylist

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
We are looking for an exceptional sales person and stylist, someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is a natural people person. You must have a minimum of 2 years luxury fashion sales experience and a desire to work and grow within our company. You are the type of person that goes over and above for both your team and clients, is always on time, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys keeping a store looking clean and tidy. A big smile and warm persona is a must. You will be expected to work a total of 5 days a week with one weekend day included. There will be opportunities to progress within the company over time so we are looking for someone who is looking to learn and grow with us.
The role:
- Meeting, greeting and personally styling discerning, fashion forward customers.
- Building a strong relationship with our loyal and much loved clientele, establishing relationships with new clients and clienteling.
- Upselling and cross-selling to the customer to help them find what they’re looking for.
- Using own initiative to maintain shop floor standards, tidying and organising the store, back office areas and keeping all the cupboards organised and tidy.
- Encouraging customers to also shop from our website and signing up to our mailing list.
- Working alongside other departments occasionally to help with any operational needs during quieter periods.
- As you grow within your role, you will latterly have the opportunity to learn how to take in products, what to select and how to price. Reporting to: Senior Store Manager Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in luxury or fast paced fashion retail environments. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPI’s. Excellent stylist with an ability to create full looks
- Bubbly, warm and confident holding and making conversation
- Great people skills and a focus of going over & above for clients and team
- Excellent communication, organisation, reliability and attention to detail
- Great interpersonal skills for verbal and written communication
- A can-do attitude, warm disposition, and a big smile.
- A desire to remain and grow with the company.
- A passion for luxury fashion.
- A great understanding of current trends and luxury brands.
- Excellent multitasking skills and able to work accurately at a fast pace.
- A basic understanding of Microsoft programmes such as Word & Excel
**Employment Type**:
