Mushroombiz is looking for an admin assistant to join a busy Commercial Services team. Thanks to our varied and growing client base, this is a unique opportunity and would suit either someone looking for their first opportunity in an office-based environment, someone looking to return to work, or someone with previous/current office experience.

Working with our Commercial Services Manager and colleagues within the team, you will be given full training to quickly gain significant knowledge and commercial acumen and the opportunity to work in a vibrant, ever-changing and innovative environment.

No one day will be the same, but as a member of our Commercial Services Team you will be involved with:

- Client call handling, switchboard management and reception duties for various clients ranging from construction companies and restaurants to law firms and mortgage brokers.
- Post management of incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and photocopying of documents, maintaining computerised filing systems.
- Diary management, assisting in bookings co-ordination and planning.
- Accounts administration to include raising sales invoices/credit notes, assisting with payroll, collating new starter/leaver information, dealing with employee queries, assisting with monthly billing runs, supplier payment runs and credit control.
- General support with ad hoc duties as required for both external and internal clients.

**Qualifications and experience required**
- GCSEs in English & Maths as a minimum (ideally A’s or B’s). Higher levels of education (such as strong A-Levels or an undergrad degree) will set you apart from the competition.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Highly literate and numerate, as a minimum able to calculate simple mathematical equations
- Previous business administration experience is desirable, but not essential - this may have been gained through your education, a work experience placement, as a self-employed person or an employee within an office environment
