**Overview**:
**Location: Leeds**
- We are looking to bringing forward a new joint role for the Leeds office to support the continued expansion of the office. If you would like to be an important member of a busy, vibrant team, this position will offer you the opportunity to work in a varied role split 75% Marketing Assistant Bid Writing / 25% Team Administrator reporting to the Administration Manager and Office Managing Partner.This role offers you the chance to progress your career at a forward thinking, friendly company. **Role and Responsibilities**:

- Marketing Assistant - Key Tasks:
- Day to day management and coordination of bids and marketing material
- Supporting the Ridge North offices with key submission and marketing administration
- Helping to write and compile bids for tender submissions, coordinating with the Marketing Team, Team Assistants, Partners, and Bid Leaders
- Compiling presentations and brochures including graphical material which is easily decipherable
- Supporting the northern office business development.
- Sharing and gathering office news to communicate internally and externally
- Helping to maintain our library of bid resources incl model submissions and project case studies
- Administration Assistant - Key tasks.- Set up and logging submissions and projects
- Production of letters, minutes, reports, and other documents to a high standard. Ensure that all correspondence and documents that are produced are accurate, grammatically correct, error free and comply with the Ridge Style Book
- Carry out binding and photocopying as required
- Raise invoices, credit notes and accruals and posting onto the system (Workspace)
- Organise team and project meetings using the booking system
- General office support including ensuring the clear desk policy is being adhered to
- Archive files and amending the in-house systems once the jobs have been closed
- Book travel arrangements as and when required including flights, hotels etc.
- Arrange and prepare refreshments / lunches for meetings

**_o be considered for this role you shouild demonstrate / possess / be:_**
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong time and project management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Working knowledge of social media platforms including creating dynamic and engaging content
- A high-level of interpersonal skills and a strong ‘can do’ attitude is essential
- Outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail as part of your role will be drafting content and proof-reading documents for publication.
- Excellent communications skills and confident interacting with internal managers and external clients
- Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to a vibrant and thriving office
- IT proficient, InDesign and Open Asset experience would be a plus however training will be provided
