Are you seeking to be an integral part of a dynamic and vibrant team in the heart of Leeds? We are currently hiring for a Marketing Assistant role that offers a diverse opportunity, split between supporting both marketing and office administration teams.

**Role Overview**:We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a central Leeds office, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-notch services to clients. Your responsibilities will span across marketing coordination and general office administration, providing an exciting and varied career path.

**Responsibilities**:_This role will be split between the marketing and administrative teams and duties and responsibilities of the role will include:_

**Marketing Coordinator - Key Tasks**:

- Coordinating and managing day-to-day bids and marketing material.
- Supporting the northern offices with essential submission and marketing administration.
- Assisting in writing and compiling bids for tender submissions, liaising with the marketing team, team Assistants, Partners, and Bid leaders.
- Compiling visually appealing presentations and brochures with easily understandable graphical materials.
- Sharing and gathering office news for both internal and external communication.
- Maintaining a library of bid resources, including model submissions and project case studies.

**Administration Assistant - Key Tasks**:

- Setting up and logging submissions and projects.
- Producing high-quality letters, minutes, reports, and other documents.
- Handling binding and photocopying tasks as required.
- Managing invoices, credit notes, and accruals, and updating the system (Workspace) accordingly.
- Organizing team and project meetings using the booking system.
- Archiving files and updating in-house systems post project completion.
- Making travel arrangements, including flights and hotels, as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a small team.
- Previous experience in bid/submission preparation within the construction industry.
- Strong time and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, with experience in creating engaging content.
- Outstanding written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail for drafting and proofreading documents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Confident and professional communication style with internal management and external clients.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a thriving office environment.
- IT proficiency; familiarity with InDesign and Open Asset is a plus, although training will be provided.
