We are looking for a **Resident Enabler** to join our compassionate and caring home.
Part Time - Monday to Friday 10-2,11-3
This is a lovely role where you will support residents by providing drinks, assisting with feeding, assisting to the toilet, answering bells for non-personal care requests and other LIGHT care duties. Heavy duties such as hoisting, repositioning or morning personal care are not required.
Part of the role will be to arrange and provide activities for the residents, manage the activities budget and to raise funds for the residents fund.

This role is an essential part of providing top quality care and the ‘Resident Enabler’ role is a particularly unique service offered within our home.
**What we provide**:
- Flexible start and end times, roughly looking for someone 10-2/3 four days a week
