Responsibilities:

- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide general support to staff members as required

**Skills**:

- Experience in the Gas industry
- Strong clerical and organizational skills to maintain efficient office operations
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is preferred
- Strong administrative skills including data entry and record keeping
- Comfortable working with computerized systems

**Salary**: £27,313.00-£32,794.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
