**We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our rapidly expanding team in Edinburgh.**

You will be a key member of the Enoda support team and will assist in the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office.

**You'll spend your time**:

- Providing administrative support to Enoda’s Technical department
- Taking responsibility for visitors, mail and deliveries
- Maintaining office common areas and ad-hoc facility management support
- Health and Safety support
- Event support
- Organising as necessary allocation of meeting rooms, assisting with preparation of meeting rooms
- Assisting with employee travel arrangements and taxi booking for visitors

**The key experience we're looking for**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a positive manner and ability to be adaptable
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Dependable and punctual
- Organisational skills, including good prioritisation
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to act on own initiative
- Ability to multi-task and react quickly to change

**The following would be advantageous**:

- Office Health and Safety awareness

**Interview process**:

- Exploratory call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team (Virtual)
- 1st Stage Interview with the Hiring Manager and wider team (In-Person or Virtual)
- Final Stage Interview with the Hiring Manager and Engineering Leadership (In-Person or Virtual)
