**Salary**:£39,363.25 per annum

Skills for Care helps create a well-led, skilled and valued adult social care workforce.

Our practical support helps leaders and managers **recruit**, **develop **and **lead **their staff, retaining them from entry level right through to senior leadership and management roles.

Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Delivery Coordinator to join our newly formed Workforce Delivery Team, working closely with our colleagues specialising in Social Care Practice Innovation. This role is fundamental to the delivery of committed work programmes across a range of topics.

**About the role**:
The Workforce Delivery Team are home based in England.

You will be required to engage and build effective relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholders, including people with direct lived experience of drawing on care and support.

We are looking for a person who:

- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to build effective working relationships.
- Has the ability to lead on projects, using autonomy as appropriate to ensure that work is delivered on time.
- Has the ability to work on their own initiative, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Has the ability to support people with lived experience of drawing on care and support, including autistic people and people with a learning disability, to engage meaningfully in activities.
