We provide support for adults with learning disabilities in our supported living properties as well as Outreach packages across Cheshire and Greater Manchester.

We are looking to recruit a **Part time Outreach Support Worker** to support a young female with learning disabilities. The role will involve encouraging her to go out and about and to engage in the community. You will also be required to accompany her to events and activities to support her hobbies and interests.
- **Covering the wider Chester area**:

- 18 hours per week over 3 days - Monday to Wednesday
- 9am to 3pm (6 hours per shift)
- Full training provided
- A driver is required with use of their own vehicle & business use
- Mileage expenses paid
- **£10,296 per year (based on £11.00 per hour)**

There are lots of opportunities to pick up overtime at any of our supported living services close by at Upton in Chester and in Ellesmere Port but with no obligation to work over your set hours.

NO EXPERIENCE is required. If you are a caring, compassionate and dedicated person who wants to help others, you have the skills we are looking for.

**General Information**

+ We offer PART & FULL TIME PERMANENT CONTRACTS
+ Most roles have a fixed rolling shift pattern assigned to them so that you know your regular hours of work on an ongoing basis
+ For those roles with no fixed shift pattern, you will be given a 6-week rota to plan around
+ Generally, with all roles you will only work 3-4 days per week
+ You are guaranteed to have every other weekend off in full if you have a fixed rota role
+There is lots of opportunity to pick up extra shifts but there is no obligation to do so, and we value a healthy work life balance. You will not be allocated extra shifts if you do not want them
+You will have access to lots of support from great managers and opportunity to complete an NVQ
+Progression opportunities do become available and are open to all existing employees prior to external recruitment.
+You will generally work in the same house on each shift. There is generally no travelling between services once you start work, and you will build strong and meaningful relationships with the people you support and your colleagues.
+The majority of the people we support have their own Motability Vehicles so for those of you who drive there is normally no need to use your own car.
