Administration Co-ordinator

SC1 Recruitment are looking for an Administration Co-ordinator to support the Regional Manager and Cardiff branch.
As the Administration Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the branch.
A varied and busy role, where you will act as the first point of contact for customers, visitors and staff, supporting on the day-to-day administration tasks are completed in addition to the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming calls to the branch
- New account set-ups
- Raising orders/quotes
- Customer purchase order liaison
- Credit checks
- Managing maintenance contracts
- Customer satisfaction surveys
We are looking for an organised, methodical and confident individual who works well in a team, in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
