**About The Role**:
Paignton Academy is looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Coordinator to staff the Reflection Area Provision in order to meet the requirements of our System Referrals, and to conduct restorative work with pupils to aid positive behaviour.

It is an exciting time to join Paignton Academy as we have now joined the Thinking Schools Academy Trust who have a number of schools across Torbay and the South West which in the future, could lead to further roles and opportunities. We are a supportive school with a range of fantastic staff and superb students who will benefit from all that the post holder does.
