**Special Education Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants**

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with diverse learning needs? Empowering Learning is currently recruiting on behalf of a Special Education Needs provision in Burton on Trent for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants.

**Position**: SEN Teaching Assistant

**Location**: Burton on Trent

**Duration**: 12-week Temporary to Permanent Position

**Responsibilities**:

- Support children with autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated behavioural challenges.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to implement individualized education plans.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS clearance.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting children's development.
