**Job Title:** SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Staffordshire

Salary: £93 per day

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN teaching assistant to support a KS3 pupil in Burton on Trent. As a passionate advocate for inclusive education, you will work closely with the SENCO, classroom teacher, and healthcare professionals to ensure a tailored learning plan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support and create a safe and supportive environment
  • Collaborate with the educational team to develop an individualized learning plan
  • Encourage a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with children with special needs
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • A patient and empathetic approach to caring for children with special needs
