Company Description

Security Monitoring Centre in Nottingham have an opportunity for a CCTV Customer Service Agent to join us on a for a part time, permanent basis. We have various hours available including; evenings, nights & weekends. (_Full Time positions are also available)._

**Job Description**:
With full training you’ll be assisting with the monitoring of, and response to CCTV and intruder alarms. This will include contacting our customers in both a calm and timely manner in response to activated alarms on their premises and respond with the appropriate course of action to ensure our customers premises are secure.
- Make outbound calls to customer and external organisations including the Emergency Services
- Process CCTV and alarm activations speedily and accurately
- Inform the relevant Emergency Services and Customers of relevant information in relation to their system

**Working Hours**:19.25 contractual hours per week (overtime is available)** **The number of working hours can be flexible within the following working patterns, with a minimum of 4 hours per shift.
- Weekday Evening’s (between 4pm-1am)
- Weekend’s (between 8.30am-7pm)

**_ Induction / Training Requirement:_**_ Although this is a part time position, you will be required to carry out a training and induction programme. _Whilst training (3 weeks only) you will need to be available to work Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm - Fully paid

**Qualifications**:
You you will be a strong communicator, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will ideally possess some previous customer service experience within a telephone based, or contact centre environment.
- Excellent listening skills
- Work well and remain calm in a busy, fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy
- Be able to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Strong IT skills
