**About the Role**:
Combs Ford Surgery, in Stowmarket, is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible receptionist, with strong customer service skills, working 17.5 hours per week.

The main duties of the role include:

- providing comprehensive administrative support for the general practice;
- acting as a focal point for patients and staff;
- receiving, assisting and directing patients to help them to access the appropriate service, or healthcare professional, in a courteous, efficient and effective way;
- offering general assistance to the practice team, projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone;
- facilitating effective communication between patients and members of the healthcare community;
- handling patient complaints in accordance with practice protocols;
- providing efficient and accurate support to the secretarial team, clinicians & patients.
