Grafton Banks Finance are keen to hear from experienced Sales Ledger Clerks, Credit Controllers or Accounts Receivable Assistants based in the Sutton area. Our client is recruiting for a Sales Ledger Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract due to companygrowth.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role will include duties such as:

- Raising sales invoices
- Dealing with customer statements and queries
- Maintaining and updating customer data
- Updating accounting system and tracking invoices
- Credit control and managing the aged debt
- Assisting with ad hoc duties across the finance team

Skills and experience:

- 1-2 years within a credit control focussed role
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Available on short or immediate notice

Please note this role offers hybrid working, with 2 days in office and 3 days WFH. You will be based in a commutable distance from the Sutton based offices.
