Junior Internal Communications Consultant - Assystem

Kick-start your career in internal communications and be part of Britain's journey to Net Zero emissions. Assystem is seeking a Junior Internal Communications Consultant to join our team in Bristol.

**About the Role**

In this junior role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in internal communications while supporting employee engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with the Head of Communications to execute the internal communications strategy effectively.
- Produce engaging, informative content for internal channels (intranet, digital screens, newsletters) aligned with messaging guidelines.
- Lead internal communications for employee networks, ensuring a coherent and engaging approach.
- Stay informed about organisational developments to identify and implement appropriate communication strategies and plans for change initiatives.
- Prepare and obtain sign-off for verbal, written, and digital communications that inform, engage, and align employees with the project vision and changes.
- Provide communication support for company-wide initiatives, events, and networks.

**What You'll Need**
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft content aligned with broader communication strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to engage with colleagues across all levels.
- Keen ability to gather insights and understand organisational developments.
- Proficient in planning and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability to respond to changing circumstances and high demand, providing timely support.
- Capacity to work independently, take initiative, and establish appropriate approval processes.

**Desirable Skills**
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 SharePoint creation
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- French language skills (bonus)
