As a Recruitment Consultant at Finlink, you’ll be instrumental in nurturing relationships, facilitating connections, and guiding professionals and businesses toward mutual success. Your focus will be on building lasting partnerships grounded in trust and support.

**Competitive Salary Bands**:
At Finlink, we believe in recognising your expertise and potential. Our salary bands reflect your experience and skill level:

- **Junior Recruitment Consultant**: £20,000 - £25,000 - Ideal for those without recruitment or consultative sales-based backgrounds. Unlimited earnings, on target earnings £37k
- **Recruitment Consultant**: £25,000 - £30,000 - Suited for individuals with consultative sales or recruitment experience. Unlimited earnings, on target earnings £45k
- **Senior Recruitment Consultant**: £30,000 - £35,000 - Tailored for those with specialised financial services recruitment experience. Unlimited earnings, on target earnings £52k
