**Job Details**

The Business Management Innovation Unit, within the Finance and Corporate Services Directorate, works with Services to drive change.

With a focus on improving business processes, encourage self-service and making the best use of technology, the team challenge and support Services to think differently and introduce new ways of working.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the team who can lead on a range of improvement projects and business change activities to agreed standards and deadlines.

Working closely with the BMIU Team Manager and Business Change Manager you will:

- Assess change readiness and develop change management plans. This includes identifying key stakeholders, risks, and barriers to change.
- Lead on the creation, delivery, and management of communications for change.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with services and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver change and improve business processes.
- Monitor and analyse the impact of improvement changes to ensure benefits are realised on an ongoing basis and achieve measured improvements.

**The Person**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Experience in delivering change.
- An ability to lead, motivate and influence stakeholders to deliver and manage change.
- Be able to work in a busy and changing environment by managing and prioritising multiple, concurrent workstreams.
- Confidence to work with stakeholders, at all levels, including Senior Management.
- Ability to deal with obstacles, using enthusiasm and communication to find a solution.
- Proactive and resilient mindset.
- Experience in preparing reports, facilitation and delivering presentations.
- Organised approach to work, ensuring standards and deadlines are achieved.
