**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Viewings and Inventory Clerk. This combined role is crucial to our operations, involving direct interaction with clients and ensuring the smooth running of property viewings and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Viewings Clerk**:

- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and purchasers.
- Meet clients face-to-face at the properties they are interested in renting or buying.
- Explain the administrative process and answer any questions related to the properties and the rental/purchase process.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

**Inventory Clerk**:

- Conduct thorough inventory checks, check out inspections and periodic inspections and compile detailed reports on the condition of properties before and after tenancies.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained, noting any damages or discrepancies.
- Communicate findings to property managers and assist in resolving any issues identified during inventories.

**Requirements**:

- Must live within 5 miles of Aylesbury town centre.
- Possess a valid UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays.

Pay: £19.00-£35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
