**Description**

As a Support Supervisor you will be responsible for:

- Reviewing and revising work flow to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor daily activities of department staff and provide guidance where needed
- Line manage a small group of support coordinators
- Analyse department issues or concerns and provide appropriate suggestions for improvement
- Act on own initiative and carry out duties without supervision
- Manage own workload and time prioritising as necessary
- General office duties

**Profile**

As a Support Supervisor you will posses:

- 3 years of recent experience working in an office environment and managing workload
- Experience working within an operations function
- Experience leading a department and making decisions independently
- Experience of line managing a small group of team members
- Good grammar and English skills
