- Cambridge, UK- SLB Cambridge Research (SCR) is part of SLB’s global network of research and engineering centres. SCR is a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment with state-of-the-art research and computing facilities. We work on applied research projects in the physical sciences to meet the current and future challenges of the industry**Job Summary**:

- The Position holder is responsible for supporting the HSE and Facilities Team with SLB HSE training and communications processes and assists in maintaining the HSE Training Plan and HSE communications programs.-
- Due to the nature of the role, the position is a full-time, on-site position.**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining HSE training systems and support Centre employees to interact with the systems accordingly.
- Assist and maintain personnel HSE training records
- Maintain HSE communications programs and support HSE Team with its implementation.
- Support the development of HSE communications material (e.g., nudges, safety meetings, campaigns, videos, posters) and also working alongside the SHTC SET team.
- Support HSE team, business lines and cross-functional business units such as HR in the onboarding process of new hires and HSE training program
- Adhere to and promote HSE standards and procedures
- Undertake activities to support compliance with Health & Safety requirements such as training and reporting
- Assist with HSE and Facilities administrative tasks within the Centre.
- Assists with the scheduling of regulatory maintenance tasks required by site.
- Updates and/or creates required database information with facility master data.
- Monitoring the purchasing and payments of our suppliers and contractors.
- Purchase Order creations
- Work closely with the Facilities technician to maintain site standards.
- Monitor and enforce Soft & Hard routines ensuring a quality service is delivered.
- Effectively communicates with and maintains the highest degree of relations between the Company and all supplier personnel.
- Builds strong relationships with internal customers in order to meet defined objectives.
- Reviewing contracts and tender documentations, highlighting any points for further discussion.
- Assisting facility manager with all admin related tasks.
- Employees may be assigned other duties in addition to, or in line of those described above, per the need.**Qualifications**:

- Studying or achieved Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in English and with strong IT skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
- (Ideally but not mandatory) Basic knowledge on recording and editing photos and videos
- (Ideally but not mandatory) Basic knowledge on developing creative and fun communications (e.g., posters)
