We are a local specialist microsuction clinic based in St Columb Major, Cornwall, with other clinics stationed across the county. We pride ourselves on delivering expert service to our clients within our friendly, down-to-earth environment. With a local chiropodist, hair salon, and weekly hearing specialist in our St Columb base, we have developed Kernow Ear Health into a bustling health hub. As such, we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and be part of our continued growth and success.

**Role Overview**

The Microsuction/Ear Wax Removal Expert will provide microsuction ear wax removal to our patients, engage in patient interactions, and support the overall clinic administration. The role requires flexibility to travel between our various clinics and a commitment to delivering top-tier patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform microsuction ear wax removal procedures.
- Conduct initial patient assessments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage clinic administration duties.
- Ensure the clinic is well-maintained and organised.
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
- Support the overall running of hearing care services.
- Participate in training and development sessions to maintain high standards of care.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a clinical or medical setting.
- Training in microsuction/earwax removal is preferred but not necessary.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple clinic locations in South London.
- A valid driving licence is essential.

**Schedule**:

- 6 hour shift/ to be agreed at interview
