Senior Physiotherapist Orthopaedic Specialist

About the Role:
">- As a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for leading the Orthopaedic Therapy Service at our state-of-the-art Surgical Centre in St Albans City Hospital.
- Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing non-complex orthopaedic, hip and knee surgery, as well as ear, nose and throat procedures and spinal injections.
- You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Providing specialised assessment and treatment for patients, including sharing expert advice, guidance and information with patients, health and social care professionals, carers and relatives.
- Working collaboratively with the therapy and multidisciplinary teams to achieve GIRFT standards and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Conducting audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the service.
Requirements:
">- Degree qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised by Health Care Professionals Council.
- Documented evidence of Continued Professional Development of expanded specialist skills.
- Attendance at post graduate courses in relevant fields.
