Surgical Centre Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at the Hertfordshire and West Essex Surgical Centre. As a Band 5/6 Community Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and make a real difference to patients' lives.

About the Facility

The Surgical Centre is a brand new, purpose-built facility that provides planned surgery for patients across Hertfordshire and west Essex. Our centre focuses on delivering high-quality care to patients and achieving 85% theatre utilisation and operating sessions over an extended 10-hour day, four days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A physiotherapy degree qualification or equivalent
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised by Health Care Professionals Council
  • Documented evidence of Continued Professional Development of expanded specialist skills
Salary and Benefits
