Belvoir, Manchester’s leading lettings and estate agency is offering a fantastic career opportunity for an ambitious, well-spoken and motivated experienced Sales and Lettings Valuer / Lister. This is an exciting and varied role working as part of our successful team in an expanding and forward looking business. The job will involve working in a busy, fast paced office environment.

**Role**:

- Generating and carrying out market appraisals.
- Listing and marketing properties for sale and to let.
- Generating and carrying out viewings.
- Negotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completion
- Undertaking all work to meet our core values of integrity and quality service

**Requirements**:

- Pro-active and hard-working estate agents with a proven track record.
- Ambitious, self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- A passion for property and for delivering the highest standards of service within the industry
- Good knowledge of the area
- Attention to detail and written accuracy
- A flexible approach and positive attitude reflecting our core values of honesty and integrity
- High levels of personal presentation, eloquence and confident communication skills
- Ability to set and manage client and colleague expectations.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a a similar role
- Drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lettings / Estate Agency: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: One location
