With our recent £300 million investment we are looking to grow our team and recruit an **Operations Administrator** who is highly organised, an excellent multi-tasker, with fantastic communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be providing support across all activities and functions within our IT & Operations department. The role will include managing and tracking key activities, as well as coordinating tasks across the wider business.

As our **Operations Administrator** your key responsibilities will be to:

- Support the delivery or IT and Operations services to customers and the wider toob business
- Manage/support key reporting activities for IT & Ops Director and management team
- Provide cross function support including coordinating/tracking staff training and development, arranging business travel, workshops, and cross location meetings
- Manage the raising of Purchase Orders for IT & Operations, liaising with Finance and other key stakeholders
- Support the project management team across the full lifecycle Planning, delivery, testing and go-live
- Help maintain project related documentation and ISO accreditations
- Manage the provision of mobile phones and sim cards for the company
- Support basic IT contract management activities including software renewals / quoting for annual renewals
- Assist the IT team including managing hardware warranties / renewals, asset management and onboarding / offboarding of employees

**What you’ll bring to toob**:

- Proven track record of good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple simultaneous tasks
- Stakeholder Management across all levels of the toob business and external suppliers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility, adaptability, good judgement, and decision-making skills
- Time Management and the ability to multi-task effectively when working on several projects.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Experience and/or a genuine interest in IT & Operations
- Live withing a commutable distance to our Portsmouth HQ
