We are looking for Senior Associates to work alongside our wider One West team on a casual associate basis, helping us to deliver our professional support services to our wider commercial client base.

Our associate roles, pro-rata offers pay between **£57,956 - £63,398 **per annum and depending on experience (plus a 12.66% uplift to account for sickness/annual leave).

The successful applicants would be expected to:

- Be the point of contact for our high profile clients*
- Respond to complex issues and queries made by our high profile clients*
- Provide training to senior leader
- Be involved:

- with upskilling our team
- in the review of our policies and templates
- preparing commercial bids for external work
- Occasionally attend (client) Senior Board meetings
- Produce clear reports highlighting areas of good practice and areas for improvement
- _Our high profile clients include, but are not limited to, Local Authorities, Care Providers, Further Education Colleges/Universities, and Multi Academy Trusts_
