**About The Role**:
**9 month Fixed Term Contract**

**Part time - 3 days per week (22.5 hpw)**

We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to provide accurate administrative support to all Learning and Development projects and enquiries. You will complement the blended learning approach throughout HC-One, and promote our vision and values at all times.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the People team and HC-One’s mission to be the first choice care home for Residents and Colleagues in each of the communities we serve.
- Providing front line support to all Colleagues and Homes in relation to L&D enquiries.
- Support the roll out of learning programmes, including booking venues and ensuring learning materials are distributed in a timely manner.
- Supporting colleagues to have access to HC-One’s bespoke LMS (Learning Management System) and promote a smooth learning journey and updating learning records.
- Pull reports and distribute to relevant parties when necessary, with the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Being the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, resolving any incoming Learning & Development, Academy and Qualification queries.
- Responding to all requests in a timely manner, escalating any queries that arise and require further support

**About You**:
You will:

- Hold GCSE Grade A-C English and Maths or equivalent
- Be confident both verbally and in written communication
- Have Administration experience in a busy, multi-faceted environment
- Be able to adopt a proactive approach with all communications and tasks by focusing on single contact resolution

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
