**About ROARR**

ROARR in Lenwade, Norfolk is the UK’s largest Dinosaur themed adventure Park. We provide unique days out that inspire imagination and create memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic person to ensure that the daily operation of our Guest Services department meets the highest standards of quality and customer care.

**The Role**

Guest Services is an extremely busy area within the park, so applicants will need to be organised, flexible and able to motivate a team working under pressure. You will assist in leading the daily operation of the team in order to enhance our guests’ experience of the park, offering a friendly but professional approach.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer facing environment.
- Supervisory, team leader or managerial experience.
- Excellent initiative and communication skills and a genuine desire to give first class customer service.
- Previous experience with Word, Excel and Database Management is essential.

**Due to the nature of our business you will be required to work weekends, Bank Holidays, and occasional evenings.**
