**About you**

It is beneficial to have experience of healthcare work and experience in a team leader role. You are to hold a QCF Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or working alongside a Level 3 QCF, we do provide full training along side. As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.

Driving and use of own car is essential.

Welsh speaking is preferable.

**Community Support Worker**

A Star Support Services are seeking **Team Leaders/Support Workers **to support adults and children who may have emotional, behavioural and social difficulties. This role requires care and passion, reliability, sympathetic towards clients, to promote independence, to be non-judgemental, to have charisma and to give the best quality of care for our clients.

The Role is a 24 hour service, weekdays and weekends, including sleep ins and waking nights, shift and rota base, in a supported living accommodation or in their own homes.

28 days holiday including bank holidays. Double pay for bank holiday work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
