Job Title: Nights Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nights Team Leader to join our team at Options Pen Y Bryn, a residential home providing high-quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of support workers to provide person-centered care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to support workers to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:
  • Hold or willingness to work toward Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Effective leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • A big heart and passion to make a difference to the lives of individuals with autism and complex needs.
