Job Title: Nights Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nights Team Leader to join our team at Options Pen Y Bryn, a residential home providing high-quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.

As a Nights Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, manage staff rotas, and maintain a safe and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hold or willingness to work toward Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate a team and individuals
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • A big heart and passion to make a difference to the occupants' lives
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness
