Our client, are a well-established Accountant and Business Advisers firm who are looking for an experienced secretary to provide support within their business. To ensure the office is running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with clients, taking messages, arranging meetings and conferences.
- Assisting with events organising when required.
- Covering reception/ front of house duties.
- Completing new client forms.
- General administration tasks including photocopying, scanning and filing etc.
- Drafting relevant letters to clients.
- Ensuring that Engagement letters are generated and sent to clients via the portal if requested.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal staff to manage all their secretarial service requirements.
- Assisting with Land Registry searches.
- Managing the merge of projects i.e. Tax info requests / P11D.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal staff to manage all their secretarial service requirements.
- Have previous secretarial experience ideally in a professional service.
- Strong IT literate with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Have a good telephone manner, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must work well as a team and have a pro-active team work approach.
