Exam Administrator

**Start date** - 5th June

**Duration**:

- 3/4weeks

**Hours -** 8am-4pm Monday to Friday (flexibility needed 37hrs/week)

**Own transport needed**

We need **2 x Administrators **who have excellent administrative skills, are used to data inputting with accuracy and who can use Excel to work in this stunning, co-educational independent day and boarding school in the village of Ampleforth. Set in beautiful surroundings, you will be working with an amazing environment and team at this crucial time of the year for their students.

**The Exam Administrator role will also involve;**
- Timetabling examinations taking into account access arrangements and other special requirements
- Booking rooms
- Photocopying & printing papers to be sent to the examination boards
- Working with the Exams Supervisors to ensure invigilators are scheduled and highlighting in advance where there are gaps
- Drawing up seating plans & taking papers to exams rooms

**Lunch will be provided every day (which is delicious) and there is free parking.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 weeks

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
