**Pay and Benefits**:

- A starting salary of **£30,000 - £35,000 **depending on your experience, along with an annual company bonus scheme
- Working Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working with 2 days in our Nottingham Office and 3 days at home

**Key Requirements**:

- We are looking for someone with **experience managing projects **and **campaigns**, who will **take ownership **of each project they run, whilst using the **knowledge and skills **of the wider marketing team.
- **Building relationships **with **internal and external stakeholders **is a key part of the role allowing you to **utilise**, **source **and **share information **with **all stakeholders**.
- **Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator** is essential, along with a **creative flair **and capability in **graphic design **to support own campaigns and to **assist the Marketing team **and other departments across the business including both **digital and print **work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the way **First Response works** to ensure you **support **the **vision **and **ethics **of the company, working to its **missions & objectives, **ensuring that the best possible route is taken for **customers & businesses.**:

- Build a **professional network** of 3rd parties’ incl. **sponsors**, **TV advertising** companies, **design agencies**, **advertising companies** & **publishers**,
- Ensure all **campaigns **are processed through an agreed **marketing campaign** **process **and keep a **log** of all **discussions**, **actions **and **customer outcomes**; **during & following **a campaign
- **Management of the company branding**, both **internally and externally**, to **ensure consistency **with **any branded items.**
