**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok.
- Collaborate with Amy (the owner) to feature her in TikTok videos and ensure a consistent brand image.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media channels.

**2. Affiliate Sales and Promotions**:

- Identify and establish partnerships with potential affiliates to promote our products.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand exposure.

**3. Marketing Strategies**:

- Devise and implement creative marketing strategies to increase product sales and brand reach.
- Research and identify potential trade shows and events to participate in for increased exposure.
- Proactively reach out to sweet shops and potential business partners to explore new sales opportunities.

**4. Content Creation and Editing**:

- Plan and produce high-quality content for various social media platforms.
- Edit and optimize videos, images, and other content for maximum impact.

**5. Market Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and interests.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in managing social media accounts, with a focus on TikTok.

2. A passion for creativity and ability to produce engaging and viral content.

3. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.

4. Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools is a plus.

5. Experience in affiliate marketing and promotions is desirable.

6. Knowledge of the confectionery industry and market trends is advantageous.

7. Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business growth.

8. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
