A great opportunity exists to join us as an Administration Assistant. Working 14.8 hours per week, you will deliver efficient, proactive, and flexible administrative support for the Volunteering Development Officer, who focuses on involving and managing volunteers across the National Park Authority’s work.
**You will**:
- ensure general administrative tasks are carried out effectively, and the team’s electronic records, reports and information are maintained accurately and securely.
- support team meetings by coordinating all aspects of the meeting logistics and providing administrative support.
- take responsibility for ensuring that team in-boxes and internal/external queries are effectively managed, that requests and enquiries are dealt with promptly and appropriately, liaising effectively across the team or wider organisation to offer an exceptional service.
- process volunteer expenses, liaising with Managers, the Volunteer Development Officer and Finance Team.
**You will need**:
- at least 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- experience in a busy office/business environment.
- knowledge of database software and Online document sites for collaborative working (SharePoint, OneDrive).
- a reliable and committed approach to customer care, with the ability to deal professionally and politely with people over the telephone and in person.

**Salary and Benefits**:
A salary of £21,575- 21,968 pro rata depending on experience, minimum 26 days holiday rising to 31 days (pro rata) plus public holidays, generous local government pension scheme, great flexible working arrangements and career development opportunities.

- yn cynorthwyo’r cyfarfodydd tîm drwy gydlynu pob agwedd ar logisteg y cyfarfod a rhoi cymorth gweinyddol.
- yn cymryd y cyfrifoldeb am sicrhau bod mewnflychau tîm ac ymholiadau mewnol/allanol yn cael eu rheoli’n effeithiol, bod ceisiadau ac ymholiadau yn cael eu trin yn brydlon ac yn briodol, gan gysylltu’n effeithiol ar draws y tîm neu’r sefydliad ehangach i gynnig gwasanaeth eithriadol.
- yn prosesu treuliau gwirfoddolwyr, gan gysylltu â Rheolwyr, y Swyddog Datblygu Gwirfoddolwyr a'r Tîm Cyllid.
**Byddwch angen**:
- o leiaf 5 TGAU neu’r cyfwerth, gan gynnwys Mathemateg a Saesneg.
- profiad o weithio mewn amgylchedd swyddfa/busnes prysur.
- gwybodaeth o feddalwedd cronfa ddata a gwefannau dogfennau ar-lein ar gyfer cydweithio (SharePoint, OneDrive).
- ymagwedd ddibynadwy ac ymroddedig at ofal cwsmeriaid, gyda'r gallu i ddelio'n broffesiynol ac yn gwrtais â phobl dros y ffôn ac yn bersonol.

**Cyflog a Buddion**:
Cyflog o £21,575- 21,968 pro rata yn dibynnu ar brofiad, isafswm o 26 diwrnod o wyliau yn codi i 31 diwrnod (pro rata) ynghyd â gwyliau cyhoeddus, cynllun pensiwn hael llywodraeth leol, trefniadau ardderchog o weithio oriau hyblyg, a chyfleoedd i ddatblygu gyrfa.
