Software Sales Manager

Exciting career opportunity for an experienced sales manager (or senior sales executive seeking to step-up to a lead role) to join this expanding software - SaaS / B2B - solutions company.
The organisation is well established, still relatively small, but set for huge growth. It already has a number of global brand name customers to build upon and there is a massive amount of sales potential with their innovative Software-as-a-Service product.
The Directors have been covering sales over the last couple of years, so this is a newly created role; they require a dedicated, hands-on Sales Manager. The role will give you the responsibility of running the sales & marketing function and strategy of thecompany, with the majority of the focus on ‘new business’, driving growth via your sales knowledge and managing a growing team (3 sales executives at present).
There will be a heavy use of technology for new business development and this requires someone who is used to selling and presenting remotely utilising video and online presentation tools. Clients are typically global: US / Canada, Middle East, Australia

Using your leadership and experience, you will be mentoring and driving the sales team to increase new leads.
Location: The role is office based for the time being, but in the future it is likely there will be more flexibility on job location.
Salary to £60,000, with an OTE of £90,000. Services advertised by Dupen are those of an Agency.
