About the RoleAs a Graduate Telesales Executive, you will be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. You will work closely with an experienced sales team, leveraging your communication skills to identify client needs and promote tailored IT networking solutions that make a tangible difference in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential public sector clients, introducing them to our innovative IT networking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and understanding of client requirements.
- Research and identify prospective leads within the public sector.
- Collaborate with senior sales executives and technical teams to provide accurate and compelling proposals.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the latest technology advancements.
