**The Role**

An exciting and autonomous, 12-month maternity cover role for a highly personable and self-motivated individual, to deliver our clients social sustainability initiatives for 2023/24, in line with our clients vision, to create a diverse and vibrant office-ledlifestyle campus, whilst connecting occupiers with the wider community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver, monitor, review, and report on all social initiatives, supporting site and occupier priorities to the business plan.
- Connect occupiers with the wider community as part of the our clients social sustainability business plan.
- Develop, manage and maintain external relationships with local stakeholders to deliver our clients Local Charter:

- Connect with local communities
- Support educational initiatives for local people
- Support training and jobs
- Support local businesses
- Enhance the wellbeing and enjoyment of the site
- Continue to integrate the community programme into site activity to become 'business as usual’.
- Promote the use and reputation of our client as an inclusive, diverse campus.
- Be the face of our clientin the local community. Be a known first point of on-site contact for the local community.
- Build relationships with our clients customers understanding their own social sustainability programmes and how we can support them, to deliver them locally where possible.
- Work in close partnership with the onsite events, communications, and marketing teams.
- Develop, manage, and keep teams informed on external relationships with local stakeholders.
- Facilitate relationships and programmes between the local community, occupiers, and the onsite team.
- Represent the site to key local stakeholder groups such as local schools, community groups, businesses.
- Showcase the campus as a site to work in and visit - co-ordinate community-facing activities including events, exhibitions, and projects.
- Create and implement content which communicates the impact of key programmes, messages and achievements using all available media.
- Undertake reporting on all activity as per our clients systems and requirements.
- Develop and manage occupier and supply chain community networks and champions.
- Liaise with our client and the site teams to ensure good channels of communication.
- Work with the Estate Director to support our clients 2030 sustainability targets.
- Undertake ad-hoc community events out of hours on behalf of the onsite teams and our client.
- Manage and promote any on-site initiatives to the benefit of occupiers and the local community.
- Manage staff volunteering initiatives and facilitate/broker customer volunteering opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Understanding/experience of working with both corporate organisations and the voluntary sector
- Community and or corporate event project management experience
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with diverse and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- A familiarity with the City of London, neighbouring Local Authorities and the our clients area
