**Asset Control Co-Ordinator**

**The Role**

As an Asset Control Co-Ordinator, you will report directly to the Asset Control Manager and provide proactive daily support to ensure our depots are safe and compliant. You will also have the ability to react to issues to maintain the standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactive monitoring of IT assets once signed out to contracts.
- Management of asset returns and recharges to contracts.
- Weekly/monthly checks to demonstrate stock accuracy.
- Management of assets under repair and utilisation of stood assets.
- Management of all peripheral & consumable stock
- Enforce old for new basis.
- Enforce DOA compliance.
- Oversee the movement of goods within the business to our various depot.
- Track shipments and address any delays.
- Daily upkeep of the asset requests Service Board

**The Person**
- Will be ambitious, and keen to develop in a fast-growing business.
- Have the drive to succeed and deliver outstanding results.
- Show the ability to make decisions and think on their feet.
- Can work as part of a team and independently.
- Possess strong IT Skills (Outlook / Word / Excel)
- Can plan and prioritize workload.
- Present a confident phone manner and the ability to deal with customers.
