**Easy-Trim Roofing & Construction Products are recruiting for a Procurement & Planning Coordinator.**

**£23,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.**

**37.5 Hours per week.**

**Purpose of the Role**

To contribute to the efficient planning of all manufactured goods across Easy-Trim, EcoVyn and outsourced partners.

Analyse, maintain and review raw material requirement to ensure availability in line with the production plan. Support the Manufacturing Ops Team in the procurement of all products and services within the constraints of the agreed budgets.

Liaise with Commercial Ops Team and provide support where necessary. To Assist with the purchase of products and services for Easy-Trim/EcoVyn. To serve as the liaison in negotiations between the company and our suppliers.

Place orders and works orders for products and services and ensure they are received in a timely manner.

**Main Duties**
- Production planning for all manufactured goods at Altham, Wrexham and outsourced partners.
- Analyse, maintain and review raw material requirements to ensure availability in line with the production plan.
- Daily updates and maintenance of all Production Planning Records.
- Monitor stock levels, source and procure all internal consumable requirements.
- Ongoing efficient use of the in-touch monitoring software system.
- Display effective communication within the Manufacturing Team and proactively liaise with Commercial operations and all internal stakeholders to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Assist with Supplier performance reviews to identify supplier failures rates and recognise areas for improvement.
- Monitor, maintain and update the internal databases.
- Assist with the sourcing, benchmarking and implementation of additional suppliers, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
- Input all import declarations, liaise with the import agent and monitor and maintain documents in relation to any imports.
- Raise purchase orders and Works orders as required and ensure goods are received in a timely manner.
