Yorkshire Coast Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a HR Advisor. The HR Advisor role is a full-time, permanent role working for our client based at their head office in York.
We are looking for a HR Advisor who has experience in working within the Health and Social Care field.
You will be joining a supportive team making an impact to peoples lives and having a real interest for the company's culture and success. Our client runs a family based organisation and one of their main values is to work together as a team to be thriving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic HR advice and support to managers and employees on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent management, compensation, and benefits.
- Advise and support managers in handling employee relations matters, including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
- Provide guidance and support on employee development, succession planning, and performance management to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance HR programs and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Achieved or working towards CIPD Level 5
- 2 years experience within HR - preferably within Health and Social Care
- Experience handling Employee Relations cases
