Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Type and proofread documents as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your administrative skills will contribute to the efficiency and productivity of our team. Please note that this is a full-time position with competitive pay. Benefits such as health insurance and paid time off may be available. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
